✅ Hearing test / Audiogram – To ensure that you can perceive surrounding sounds such as horns or warnings from other vehicles, such as an ambulance warning.

✅ Basic vision check – Check your ability to see near and far, reduce the risk of driving at night or in the rain, or if you have near-far vision, you may not be able to see cars that change lanes suddenly.

✅ Color Blind Test – Drivers must be able to correctly distinguish traffic signals to prevent accidents.

✅ Complete Blood Count / CBC – Screening for anemia or infections that can cause fatigue and affect concentration. Anemia can cause dizziness, vertigo, or loss of consciousness while driving, increasing the risk of serious accidents.

✅ Electrocardiogram / EKG – Check for arrhythmias or heart disease that may cause fainting while driving.

✅ Check blood sugar / Glucose – Prevent low blood sugar that may cause dizziness or high blood sugar that may affect driving.

✅ Blood Sugar Level / HBA1C – Checks for chronic diabetes that may affect the nervous system and eyes.

✅ Kidney Function Test / BUN – Kidney failure can cause fatigue or build up of waste in the body, affecting driving.

✅ Liver enzyme function test / ALT (SGPT) – Check for hepatitis that may be caused by disease or alcohol consumption, which affects physical performance. May cause fatigue, short attention span, and poor decision making.

✅ Chest X-ray – Screening for lung diseases such as tuberculosis or chronic infections that may cause difficulty breathing, fatigue, or chronic coughing, affecting driving ability.

✅ Urine Completeness Test / UA – Checks for kidney disease, diabetes or urinary tract infections that may cause discomfort while driving.

✅ Urine Drug Test / Methamphetamine – Prevents drug use that may affect concentration and control of the vehicle.

✅ Depression Screening / 2Q – Depression or high stress may result in accumulated stress, lack of concentration, poor decision-making, or lack of patience while driving.
